Course Description
This is a beginner’s course for those pursuing a career in medical billing and coding. This course will present descriptions of different career choices and possibilities, introduce concepts, definitions and general programs related to medical health insurance billing, medical and network programs, and will help identify different career avenues in this field.
Pre-requisites:
Knowledge of keyboarding and Introduction to Computers (for Medisoft) are required.
Who Needs to Attend:
Anyone interested in starting a career in the medical services as an office support staff can register for this course.
